Jessica was truly exceptional. At first, we went with a family friend and let me tell you….. NEVER do that.... Especially if they do not know the area. Jessica lived in the area so she knew what people wanted and focused on that. I from out of town and the agent was there to give me a hand in finding contractors, supplies, and helped take care of the property till I could get back to Missouri and finish the project. She and her family went above and beyond the scope of her job. Plus with the interest rates rising and the housing market cooling off, she had a strategy to sell the house. The house was under contract in 3 days and closed in a month. Great Job.
