Before listing I followed suggestions by Jess on improvements to get the best possible price for my property. The improvements plus staging by Jess brought a lot of interest. First day on the market was a flurry of activity with more interest than I ever imagined. There were a number of offers and Jess assisted in understanding each offer as it was presented and I was able to get a great buyer who was eager for the property. Property was moved faster than expected due to Jess and her attention to all the details. Have recommended Jess several times and will continue to do so in the future.
