If she didn't know the answer, she could always find someone who does. Her team helped us with pictures, staging, and getting us through all of the paperwork. I chose to approach Neely’s team when it was time to sell my Dad’s house in Florissant because of their growing and glowing reputation around town. From the outset I have felt so fortunate that Neely was there on the day I reached out. I still had a few projects to complete and was a few weeks from being ready to list, and she provided solid suggestions and was very proactive; staying in regular contact, providing support but never being pushy. Her knowledge of the local market proved exactly what we had hoped. She advised what buyers in our spot in the market needed and expected, allowing us to more efficiently prepare the property. When it was time to list, Neely really took over.
