Could not be happier than my experience working with Jennifer Mack Properties. Even through a tough time in the housing marker, she set realistic expectations, activities, and timelines. One of if not the best in the DMV.
Jennifer Mack Properties had phenomenal market knowledge and experience to help me buy my first home. They helped walk us through each step of the way and utilized there market knowledge to make sure we found the perfect home. Highly recommended!
We worked with Caroline and Jennifer to purchase our first home and they were fantastic. Caroline helped us through every step of the process, walking us through what a contract looks like and how to put in a competitive offer in the DC area. We couldn't be happier with our home. Highly recommend.
I had not been involved in the sale of a property for many years. When the time came to sell our long-owned condo, I didn't know where to start. My daughters had both worked with Jennifer Mack and assured me I could not do better. From my first conversation with Jennifer, I was comfortable and impressed. I explained that I was a novice in this arena, and she assured me she would be available to calls, texts, questions, and concerns. She absolutely was. I have never -- in any setting -- had such dependable, timely responses. I never felt out of the loop. Jennifer was always patient and consistently followed through with what she had scheduled, informing me every step of the way. I thought this would be a frustrating experience. Instead, Jennifer paved the way for the sale, making it as smooth as possible for my husband and me. She is a delightful person and an informed, professional realtor. I highly recommend Jennifer Mack.
I have had the opportunity to work with several agents over the past few years. Typically, the agents in the DMV area exhibit a similar style, possessing an average knowledge about the market and often doing just enough to meet the basic requirements. Some of them can be pushy, while others are not, generally falling along a standard spectrum. However, my experience with Jennifer has been different. She is highly enthusiastic, attentive to her clients, and fiercely advocates for their interests. Always on point and straightforward, Jennifer possesses exceptional negotiation skills, presenting a comprehensive package that is often found in agents from Los Angeles. I extend my gratitude to Jennifer and anticipate a long-term collaboration with her.
Nicole is great. She was patient with the home search and always responsive to our questions. We will work with her again in the future.

Highly Recommend . We had a wonderful experience with Jennifer Mack. Vanessa Simon was our realtor and went above and beyond to help us find the right home for us. We looked for over 2 months and she never hesitated to be available when a property was available for viewing. She sent us listings that fit our needs and even helped walk us through the process when we were looking at the potential for a new build. Even after we purchased our new home she has consistently continued to give us advice ( recommended deck company, flooring company etc.). We truly value everything Jennifer Mack Properties and Vanessa did for us.

Nicole is the best! Nicole has a lot of knowledge about the Arlington and DMV area market. She was very informative and always answered my questions. Even if she wasn’t sure about the answer, she would quickly go figure it out and/or point you to the right person to help. She is an excellent communicator and goes above and beyond to help her clients. Recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the DMV area. Especially first time home buyers as she is very patient and knowledgeable.
