Sydney Beckman helped us purchase a new build in Haymarket. She not only helped us negotiate with the builder, she came with us to the design center, and she attended all the construction inspections. Sydney was friendly and very helpful throughout the process. Sydney even helped us find a mortgage lender last winter that offered a 270 day lock. We closed last week with an interest rate that was almost half of the current rate. We would definitely use Sydney's services again in the future.

Sydney and her team were amazing! From the beginning Sydney was informative and so helpful. I would add last minute houses to tour and she would make it happen. When we fell in love with our townhome and wanted to see it again she made it possible. Even though she was out of town, she made sure one of her team members showed us the house to make our final decision. Once we started the contract, she made sure we were comfortable at every step by either giving us information or reaching out to the necessary people. Even after our contract was signed and the house was ours, she continued to check up on us and help us out with issues that arose after the house was ours. I could not recommend Sydney and her team more. If we purchase another home, she would be the one I go to!
