•As a first time home buyer and skeptical person, needed sometime to research.

Naresh's favorite line was "You are going to live here. Do you feel at home?". He showed up to 60 houses easily and never fret. He was always wiling to show more. Never pushed us to buying a house.

Also whenever we liked, he did a thorough analysis and came out with appropriate numbers. My statistical brain never let me buy something immediately. I took around 3 months to finalize the property. I could compare his reports on a property over a period of time and compare it with the price it was sold. His research was appropriate most of the time.

Home buying is a complex process and realtor was reliable in the following

- Suggestions for financial advisors for mortgage - Documentation/paper work - Adhering to time lines - Suggestions on what to ask and what not to ask on contingencies (Statement is with experience)

As a first time home buyer you need time and be convinced. I can vouch that you won't be forced into buying anytime.
