This is the second time we have worked with James, once as buyers and this time as sellers. James has outstanding knowledge of the local area and market and trends, has superior interpersonal skills, and excellent communications skills. He was always one step ahead on questions, and issues, often anticipating and responding before we could even ask. We cannot imagine a better real estate experience. We wholeheartedly recommend James Tassell as a realtor and a superb human being. He also has an excellent network of service providers if your property needs any prep work.

Working with James was about as pleasurable as could be. The process of selling a home can be beyond stressful. From start to finish, James provided my wife and I with security that can only be realized when dealing with a purely professional, thoughtful, and truthful person, with upright character. His marketing strategies and networking allowed our home to sell in less than 6 weeks. James took the time to thoroughly explain and educate us each step of the way never getting to high or too low- operating with consistency that we came to count on. I will be recommending James to family and friends in the Sarasota area for years to come. So grateful for him and we honestly have come to consider him a friend.

I would highly recommend James to any of my friends, family, or coworkers. James truly went above and beyond as my realtor. There were times when I was away on military orders and James would go to meetings on my behalf. He would also consistently check on me and remind me of any upcoming appointments or documents I needed to complete. James also went to my final walkthrough and made the builders aware of several items that were not completed to standard. I am a new home buyer, so James took extra time to ensure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. James is a trustworthy, intelligent, and caring individual who will help make anyone’s home-buying dreams come true!

Clementine has a very in-depth knowledge of the overall housing market and very specific knowledge of different neighborhoods in multiple areas. Her experience, knowledge of the market and her understanding of our personal preferences made her a great asset and a pleasure to partner with. We were able to locate and purchase a home in our preferred area due to her efforts.

"Aaron did an amazing job in helping with the purchase of our new home. He was very proactive in contacting the seller's agent and putting in our offer. He followed up on requests and was very receptive to inquiries and suggestion. It was easy to get in touch with Aaron, and he would notify us immediately if they were any changes. He kept in contact with us until we closed, just to make sure everything went smoothly. It was truly a pleasure working with Aaron, and would definitely recommend him to a friend. " rcrosby100

James was fantastic ! This was my first home purchase so there was much I needed to be educated on, however James helped me out every step of the way. To my surprise, James was even at work on my behalf after business hours. He'd routinely keep me updated on the happenings of my process even during the evening. He got me a deal on a home that worked for me and I'm extremely grateful. Will 100% do business with him again.

I am so appreciative of James. He has extensive local knowledge and I never had to worry about a shred of paperwork to close on my house. He anticipated issues and worked to solve them, helping me close on time during a stressful move. I can't overstate how awesome he is and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
