James was nothing short of an outstanding professional throughout our entire home-buying process. My husband is active duty military and our need for a home arose suddenly and we tasked James with a nearly impossible ask - to not only find us a home we could love and grow into as a family, with a large backyard for our two dogs, but to find the perfect home for us and close on it so we could move in within about four weeks all while my husband and I were completely remote and not even in the state. James helped me buy my new home. It was a complicated sale with a lot of delays but he was proactive with updating the agreement several times and helping keep everything track. There were delays with the inspection and home owners insurance and the lender. I was so relieved to finally close! Clementine helped me sell my home and then purchase another. When I first met her, I could tell her and I would work well together. She's laid back, but unafraid to push the envelope on your behalf! Clementine is very easily accessible. There wasn't a single time when I was wondering when she was going to get back to me. She's always on time, a great communicator, and made the process fun. The thing I loved most about her realtor abilities is that she would come prepared. When we went to view a home, she had all the details for me or she had at least already reached out for them. She would inspect the house on her own while I did the same. If I missed something, she would be sure to point it out.
