James has a wealth of information not only about local market conditions but also about different types of housing. We looked at manufactured homes in Palmetto and learned about the restrictive financing options, We looked at condos and finally a single family home. Each step of the way James was able to educate us on our options, We could not have come to the end result of buying a home without his expertise.

Clem is a straight shooter. She doesn’t dance around the truth, and provides blunt and honest advice. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and her experience is notable in every conversation we had at every step. If you would have told us purchasing a house would be this easy (and I could only imagine selling a house with her), we would have laughed at the absurdity. Nonetheless, Clem surpassed our expectations and desires with profound emotional intelligence. We cannot stop recommending her, even a recent instance to a person at the American Lounge that seemed genuinely interested in who Clem was after us sharing our experience. She is not only your agent, but also, and most importantly, she’s an indespensible powerhouse asset for the purchasing journey. Such a smooth process 10/10 recommend!!!

Tara was a great help with a third party transaction. She was able to be a great point person helping my third party company successfully close with a buyer on listing transaction. Tara was able to secure a buyer during the winter months. She was able to be a great point person working with the actual seller and my third party company through out the process keeping everyone updated on the progress of the transaction to the final closing.
