This is my 2nd time working with Gil. He sold me my first home about 9 years ago. My new situation was a tough one! I was selling a home and needed to find a new one in about 2 weeks. Gil and his brother were extremely helpful. This is a tough market in Tampa Bay right now. I lost out on two homes I had my heart set on, but we didn't give up. Gil was right there the next day showing me more homes. I was able to sell my home, find a new one and close on both all in about 45 days! Gil and his brother make a great team and I really enjoy working with them.

I met Tara Ross through the VA program. Even at the very beginning she was prompt to every appointment we had and kept me sane throughout. I unfortunately had to deal with 3 different sellers throughout my ordeal, but Tara was there every step of the way. She not only kept me apprised of all my offers, but once we finally made a decision she had to deal with the buyers real estate agent who we will call “fast talking Eddie”. Tara Ross was professional throughout even though everyday I wanted to pull my hair out. Any small or large issues that occurred Tara had ideas on how to correct them fast and an affordable price! Even up to sell day Tara had to run around making sure that “fast talking Eddie” and the buyers were happy with everything before the wire transfer. And what makes this story even more incredible was that I had already moved to KC 2 weeks prior. I had no family in Tampa to leave the keys with or who I would trust with a $740K home.
