•Kati has a great reputation in northeast Texas and it is well deserved. She sold a house in our neighborhood for some neighbors and they couldn't say enough good things about her and her process. When we decided to sell our house, she was the first agent we called. Kati was always informative, communicative, punctual, and optimistic with a great attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure our house was advertised in as many places as possible and made our house look beautiful in order to find the most prospective buyers. We always knew Kati was in our corner advocating for us. Mid-2025 was not a great time to sell a house, but she was able to help us complete a successful sale at a very fair price. Highly recommend! You can't go wrong.
