•Five stars across the board may seem like a less than thoughtful review, but I would urge you to reconsider. Working with Renaye was a fabulous experience for me and for a variety of reasons. My stipulations and desired areas certainly didn't make her job easy but she always came through. She met me throughout the metro area to look for homes suitable for a young, single professional looking for something affordable- not exactly easy in the 2016 market. Additionally, she utilizes a great matrix that brought in all my requisites and showed me listings that suited me. For these reasons, I want to urge you to consider her as your realtor. Renaye tirelessly devoted her available time to me, which working in construction provided some odd hour tours. After finding houses that I liked in the metro, Renaye would bring thoroughly researched information on each house to our tours. She learned what I prioritized through pointed, friendly discussion and followed through on these conversations in a proactive manner. At times there were disappointments but those were because of my limitations and had nothing to do with Renaye. She kept at it, diligently, and eventually we found exactly what I was looking for. While my initial offer on the house was not accepted (multiple other offers came in), we continued to look. A short time later the other offers had fallen through and I got a great deal on the place, largely due to Renaye's search of similar homes. I cannot thank Renaye enough for her patience throughout my search and the sincerity and professionalism with which she approaches selling and finding houses. I have and will continue to recommend her to all my family and friends looking for a home in the Minneapols-St Paul metro area unhesitatingly and would gladly do so for others.
