We sold our previous home unexpectedly and were under a time crunch to find a new home. Renaye was our buying agent because our previous home was in rural Minnesota. Renaye carefully listened to our needs and as we adjusted our vision she was right there to offer additional options of homes to visit. We took so much of her time looking at homes in a large region outside the metro area of the Twin Cities. She was always willing to drive the distance and find time in her day to schedule showings for us on short notice. Once we found a beautiful home to purchase, Renaye was our advocate and champion. There were some issues that arose with the property and she always followed up with the necessary due diligence to find the answers for us. We had a really great experience working with Renaye! We put our house on the market in November 2020, and followed her advice to pull it off the market when it didn't sell within a few weeks. She then advised us to put it back on the market earlier than we'd been planning because the market was heating up early. Sure enough, it sold well above asking with multiple offers within a few days. We are very glad that we followed her advice because a similar, nearby house that went on the market in November 2020 but stayed on the market until selling within a week of ours went for as much UNDER their initial asking price as ours went above asking price.
