Upon first reaching out to Michelle with a piece of property we were interested in, she provided a market analysis so as to know how the property was priced. She showed us the property and listened to our vision of what we planned to do once purchased. She provided names of everyone needed for inspections and contacted them on our behalf which was a tremendous help since we had so much else going on with our daily life. Because this was vacant land upon which we planned to build, she suggested a little longer due diligence time to make sure we covered everything that needed to be addressed before building; however, she kept ball rolling and was in constant contact keeping us abreast with the progress of each inspection. Therefore, because of her efforts and knowledge, everything was done in a timely manner and we were able to close on the property sooner than anticipated. She even provided names of a few potential builders for us to contact once we selected a plan and was ready to move forward. Michelle is so knowledgeable of the area market and makes you feel as you’re her only client when you know she’s working with many at the same time. She’s very professional, helpful and guides you through the entire process. She was always available for a quick phone call or text when we had a question or concern about anything. We feel we’ve made a lifelong friend with Michelle and would highly recommend her to anyone needing anything real estate related!

Michelle was so accommodating to my schedule and would video call me so I could view the home. She remained neutral while also being able to adequately describe the home. Michelle understood my wants vs needs and after writing a few contracts that weren't accepted, she suggested we change our tactic and the very next contract was accepted!
