She helped me out months in advance, showed me several houses (about 13) and when I thought I found 'the one', then changed my mind last second, she was there to show me even more! She made sure I was aware of all potential issues, kept me updated on status', and pointed out some of the better areas to live for me and my daughter. I gave her a budget and she did her best to get me the best deal and even kept me well below budget.
