Tracee Todd is a dream to work with and we recommend her to everyone we know! We bought our first home with Tracee in 2015 and the home buying process was such a breeze! We were pregnant with our first child and preparing for a deployment and Tracee did everything in her power to ensure the home buying process was as simple as possible: she walked us through every step of the way and even connected us with a great loan officer who helped with the mortgage/financing part of the process. She also had wonderful recommendations for a home inspector who did a very thorough job for us! Fast forward five years, and we just sold that home, and once again, Tracee made the whole process simplistic and easy! Since we were out of state, Tracee did everything she could to help, from completing an open house even while we had tenants in the home, to arranging landscapers & repairs to be completed for us, so it was one less thing we had to worry about!
