If it was possible to give Dara 10 stars I absolutely would. We are new to the area and she not only took all of our concerns and desires into consideration but sent us several videos of possibilities and shared every detail to support our search process. Dara is kind and patient and truly listens. She absorbed our likes and dislikes and became our advocate and partner. She found us the perfect home!!!! Along our journey she shared videos of the crawlspaces and the borders around the houses looking for any possible issues. We trust Dara and her thoroughness became golden to us. I truly believe we found our forever home but if we are ever in the market again she will be the first person we call and I will always recommend her so highly.

Dara landed us our dream hope in this incredibly competitive market. We are first time home buyers and Dara patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel supported throughout the whole process. She is very knowledgeable of the triangle area market and is especially strong at educating out-of-state buyers like us on the pros/cons of each neighborhood within Chapel Hill and Durham. Once our offer was accepted, we really saw Dara shine. The sellers we purchased the house from used a relocation company that added a lot of paperwork to the closing process and Dara worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly and the company had everything they needed. She also strongly advocated for the resolution of a few minor repairs that came up during the house inspection and made sure that everything was fixed before the close date, providing receipts for the work that was done. I really can't recommend Dara strongly enough!

My husband and I were hit with a sudden relocation to New Orleans and we had to sell our home pretty quickly. A few years later, she helped us when we bought our home in Creedmoor so we felt confident in her ability to get our house sold. As expected, she stepped right in and eased our concerns as we worked to get settled in our new home in Louisiana. Her help included professional photography, staging, and recommendations to contractors who put our home in excellent condition and made it attractive to potential buyers. Absolutely AMAZING experience. Sold and well delivered advice on what should be done to the home to maximize its selling price potential, while being extremely considerate with the budget. Handled coordination with all vendors...repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, roof and more. Staged the home. Within 48 hours, after receiving 4 offers over asking price, we were under contract! House closed flawlessly! Can't say enough good things.
