My husband and I were hit with a sudden relocation to New Orleans and we had to sell our home pretty quickly. We knew we were selling our home at a time where the peak buying season was passing and newer homes were selling at a faster rate. The competition was pretty tight! So we contacted Liz because we knew she could do the job. Years ago, she gave us a tour of the Durham area and helped us find a place to stay while my husband was attending Duke Divinity School. A few years later, she helped us when we bought our home in Creedmoor so we felt confident in her ability to get our house sold. As expected, she stepped right in and eased our concerns as we worked to get settled in our new home in Louisiana. Her help included professional photography, staging, and recommendations to contractors who put our home in excellent condition and made it attractive to potential buyers. Liz also kept us informed of every step in the process so we would not have any unwelcome surprises. Our house sold right when we needed it to and Liz was there to navigate the process from a long distance. There’s no way we could have done this without Liz!
