We found Matt through Zillow and even though we were not committed to buying a house at that time he was very helpful. When we decided to get more serious he jumped right back in with us showing us many houses. The house we ended up with was listed above what we wanted to pay but he assured us it was listed above market and he was right we got the house down to what we were willing to pay. Once the offer was excepted Matt helped us with every step working close with us on the loan process and inspection. He always answered questions via email, text or phone call very quickly and made us feel comfortable every step of the way.

Matt is an Outstanding Realtor. Matt has shown me more houses than what I have asked for. Matt always found the time to show me as many house as he could. I would recommend Matt to any one. I had another realtor before Matt and she took several month to find me a Home and with no success. My wife and I were looking for a single family house in the south metro area and Matt helped us find the right one based on our preferences.
