Christina is the absolute best !! Her persistence got us thru a very bad experience with a major problem with both the sellers & the lenders being non responsive throughout the entire process. With the closing behind us she continues to stay in touch & is going above & beyond to help us get all the utilities changed over, minor repairs done & service people hired & in place. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell !!

My wife and I closed recently on another beautiful Florida home and felt safe and secure knowing that all all details and even some surprises were attended to immediately by Christina & Jason! This was a VA close, and when a little work needed to be done to part of the house exterior to pass inspection, they arranged for the repair to be done right away without me having to put that on my plate. Christina & Jason also arranged for another full home warranty policy & most of our closing costs paid for along with other fixes/pressure washing to the house as concessions from the seller! This was our second home purchase in two years with this team and because of their servant hearted and professional approach to the passion they have for us as clients, we will always return to this awesome duo to purchase properties!

I cannot express how grateful I am to Jason for his expert handling in getting through all the problems I had with selling my property, just a fantastic service and very responsive in dealing with any matters that arose and keeping me informed of how things were going. Selling a property when you are 4,000 miles away is never easy yet he made the whole process seamless. If you need a realtor then Jason is your man, excellent service, one of the best I have come across and I wish other service providers were as good as him.

I've contacted them and Jason got me set up to see the property the next day. After one week looking to choose the right property, in a very short 30 days we close on the property. Christina was a tremendous help in our recent Florida home purchase. As we began to work with Christina, she was able to quickly set up visits to a number of houses that were in the area that we wished to purchase. This piece of work helped us to understand the market and narrow down the features of the house that we would eventually purchase. Based on this information we were able to do further research from our home in Canada and find homes that interested us. Christina would go see each house for us and send back detailed photographs of the home and descriptions of features that we had requested. She had a deep understanding of the qualities that we were looking for in our Florida home and was able to flush out the houses that did not qualify. During the purchase process, Christina was very responsive to our requests and acted as our guide through the system as we were unfamiliar with local practices.
