Christina was absolutely wonderful to work with, so much so this is the 3rd time we were fortunate to work with her. Christina has been more than helpful in ensuring our needs were met in the purchasing process. Our bank had many requirements and hold ups before closing, and Christina communicated with the seller to make sure we were both up to date on closing dates, appraisals, and anything else that arose. She is extremely friendly and helpful, which I appreciate since this is my first rental property. It is evident she has a strong knowledge of investment properties and the management that goes along with them. I have leaned on her extensively for that and am very grateful that she has been willing to share her expertise. Buying a property in a state I have never lived is a stressful process, but Christina eased that stress. I would highly recommend her to any buyers whether it be their primary home, vacation home, or investment property.

The house was sold at a better price than was expected. The process was very easy to understand with the help of our very professional Realtor “Christina Daugherty” We are UK Citizens and selling houses over the pond is very different so everything was explained in detail giving us a good understanding of procedure and the cost elements of selling. There was no surprises along the way because she kept in touch on everything that was happening to our home. I was 4 thousand miles away in the UK for the whole viewing period and preparation and security was alway going to be a worry but because of Christina’s professional approach It was a calm situation. Being very sincere and honest we were very lucky to meet such a nice friendly person who cared about our welfare and house presentation. We! my wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Christina and her Husband Jason for any property management or realty sales and purchases. I am very sure I have not met in all my American trips an honest couple as good as the Daugherty’s and at no point did I or my wife have any stress or worry.
