Patti has become our friend due to the advice she gave us and the time she spent with us during this process, we are generally in touch and very grateful of her friendship. Patti was very attentive, knew the market, and was quick to provide an abundance of information on anything that even slightly interested us! My husband and I previously lived in West Virginia and had plans to move to Florida to be closer to our son and his wife but had to sell our home there first. We did not know how we were going to find a house in Florida because we did not know anyone and we were so far away. A mutual acquaintance gave us Patti’s name and number. The first, best move we made toward finding a place in Florida was contacting Patti. We talked many times about what we were looking for in a new home and where we would like to live. Patti helped us find our "unicorn". We had a very good idea of what we wanted, which we all know can be good and bad.
