We worked with Donna by having her set up a filtered list of homes to send us daily. By the time I was able to get back to Florida I had a list of potential homes. Donna vetted the list, planned out a visit route and off we went. She was excellent at pointing out things I needed to understand about homes in Florida versus Ohio. There were a couple of places that we entered, I said we didn't need to continue, and we left. The places I really liked she pointed out pros and cons to help me understand what to pay attention to. Given the complexity of coordination, education needed as new Florida buyers, and lack of local knowledge we could not have had a better partner than Donna. I hope to never have to move again, but if I do and it is local, I will absolutely work with Donna again.
