Donna worked tirelessly to close the transaction. She kept us informed at every crossroad even though we were the buyers (she represented the sellers) and made phone calls and sourced vendors to ensure that repairs were being scheduled and completed quickly and efficiently to enable a quick closing. We cannot say enough good things about her professionalism, knowledge and hard work. She was generous with her advice and guidance; I wonder if we might have hesitated to pursue the purchase without the confidence she projected that everything would be handled. She was relentless with her follow through, constantly updating us as to what was needed and what the timeline would be. She was easy to communicate with and accommodated our many requests and busy schedules. Through the final walkthrough, it was clear that she was involved in every step. I loved working with Marisela. As a first time home buyer, she was very helpful. She answered all my questions and explained everything I didn't understand. Marisela kept in communication with me. If she found a home in my price range she would send me the link to check it out. If I wanted to go look at a house; she was on it. Marisela is a go-getter. I was on a time crunch to find a house as my lease was coming to an end. In 2 weeks, we found a house that I absolutely love in a great location. I would definitely use her again both to buy and sell a house.
