About Gigi

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY (my forever home), Gigi has called Orlando home for the last 17 years and I am a true Orlando advocate. A proud mom of two amazing college students, I was an active soccer mom while both of her kids matriculated through Orange County Public Schools. A natural people person, Gigi enjoys connecting buyers and sellers to strengthen communities through home ownership. I take pride in guiding clients through the buying and selling process. Most buyers don't understand that finding a home is simply the first big step in the process of moving into your new home. An experienced realtor can help you navigate through financing, inspections, appraisals and any issues that arise. I enjoy being a realtor and I believe that everyone should be fairly represented by having someone in their corner that cares about them as a person. I enjoy educating buyers and sellers, especially on the importance of pricing and staging a home when it is time to sell your home (pricing makes a huge difference in the number of days your home takes to sell). I take pride in being involved in charitable work in the Orlando community because I believe it is my duty to give back to those in need and to share my blessings. I have received several honors for my community outreach but it is the gratitude of those I serve that motivates me to do more. I look forward to connecting with you in the near future and helping you with your real estate transaction whether it is the purchase of your first home (Including new construction - have buyer representation during the process), the sale of your current home to "right size", the purchase of lease of commercial space to grow your business, as well as luxury rentals for when you are new to town and want to try out the area before you go.

Rhonda Howard is an exceptional realtor. She is professional, personable, experienced, knowledgeable, and flexible. Wow what can I say she was amazing since the beginning We where very impressed with her work.

Omg she’s just wonderful to work with she listen to you and explained everything clearly for us to understand and gets the Job Done, she was up for the challenge, and I love that about her, a very out going person and we are very happy and thankful with God and Gislene Moorman we found our home.

A Great Experience

Absolutely Perfect!!

We were put in touch with Gigi through Zillow. Gigi could not be more incredible in assisting us in fulfilling our dream of owning a home in Florida. Great Negotiator!!

Gigi was a joy to work with. She was compassionate when I decided to sell my home of 18 years. She walked me through all the steps, had her staff follow up with me regularly, and made sure I was comfortable on how things were progressing. She is a skilled negotiator, and her knowledge on the market and trends were spot on. I could not have been more pleased by how quickly my home started receiving offers.
