To say our house hunt was a difficult one would be an understatement. Gigi helped us search for a home for 6 months, while going through a pandemic. During those 6 months we toured at least 4 dozen homes, and wrote 4 contracts for offers. Throughout this entire process Gigi was patient, high-spirited, and most of all, knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, we were not privy to many of the details of buying a home. Gigi took care of everything, and always kept our interests in mind. She walked us through every contract or purchase nuance, no-matter how small. She maintained a positive attitude for us even after we got discouraged time and time again. In the end, we found a home that we love, under a contract inside our budget, and we could not have done it without her. Would we recommend Gigi to other new or seasoned prospective home buyers? Yes, without hesitation. Would we say that you'd be hard pressed to find an agent that will work for you as hard as she does? Also, yes. Would we choose to go through this home buying process again soon? No absolutely not, but if we had to, we'd pick Gigi :)
