Caroline (Emma) was a personal friend and previous coworker of mine so I knew immediately who to call when the time came to purchase my first home. She was extremely patient as it took months and month of changing my mind, budget and style but she stuck with me and jumped whenever I rang her up about a new search. She kept me well informed and had my home closed within 30 days of the first offer. To say she provided "white glove service" would be an understatement. From finding a lender to inspectors she held my hand and walked me through this very intimidating process, especially as a single female. I know that regardless who I was, friend or not, she would have done the same for any of her clients. Caroline has a wealth of knowledge, plenty experience and is connected to just about anyone you could think of in the industry. She's a 10 out of 10 and I am very lucky to have had her by my side through it all.

Caroline really listened to us and helped us get more than we expected. Her photographer is so professional and did a beautiful job with the photos and drone views! She also does a great job with negotiations and is such a people person! She always had a smile on her face and was available for additional questions. We definitely recommend Caroline!

Where do I start! Caroline was so attentive in every way. I live in Colorado and had a tenant in our home, she handled everything from start to finish without requiring me to lift a finger. From dealing with my tenant and her future needs to handling the appraisal and inspection. Seamless is an understatement!!! Most people have Jobs they work to ensure their bills are paid, they clock in and work their 8 to 10 hours and can’t wait to clock out. But Caroline Beck is one of the few who loves her Job, and no matter the hour if it helps make someone’s dream come, she will happily put in the work. A year ago, her words were “Next year ya’ll will be homeowners”, I never for a second thought it would happen. She had faith in us and helped us every step of the way. I’m blessed to have had Caroline as our realtor and can not imagine starting this new journey in life without her being a part of it. The day we signed the papers and toasted to our new home I could see the joy in her face along with a few tears which made that day even more special. If you are looking to buy a home and want to work with someone who is has your best interest at heart, then Caroline Beck is no doubt the best person for the job!

Caroline worked overtime helping us find our home cross-country. She provided us with knowledge and options needed to make our decision. I’m not exactly sure how I can summarize what my personal experience was with Caroline. I’m not so sure that there are enough high level ways or fancy enough words to describe of simply how AMAZING she is.
