Kassandra is very knowledgeable about options for Sellers to maximize their sales price and negotiate for seller to close early and stay in the home for a short time based on their availability for a seamless move. She limited the Open House to 2 days at 3 hours each to benefit the seller. It was a smooth process with no complications and seller was grateful. She really cares about her clients.

We are very happy because although we had very little money and the market was very aggressive, Cassandra never lost faith and helped us step by step to achieve our purchase, she was very bold in talking to the seller and negotiating so that we could get what we wanted and in minutes. She always calls me (on time), she even messages me to apologize if she doesn't call me on time.
