Janet helped us find a home in a very unique way. We were in Utah- looking to move to Ohio- but would need to purchase without actually seeing the house in person 😵💫. Every walk thru was via FaceTime or recorded. Janet would measure rooms, give us her opinion on yards, home improvements needed, and overall vibe of each home. Janet would rearrange her schedule to accommodate the time difference between us and would always make herself available for any Open Houses. So many houses were toured, and Janet was just as excited from the first tour to the last. Not only did Janet make the process relatively easy, it was after a house was decided on and the offer was made- that Janet truly shined. We needed a quick closing, with a very unique loan. We kept hitting road block after road block because of our Loan Officer’s inexperience with handling this type of loan. While driving across the US, I was in tears because things kept getting delayed and the amount of stress I was feeling was overwhelming. When I reached out to Janet to keep her in the loop- she offered a listening ear but then she immediately stepped in and within 24 hours had everything back on track and handled! Her experience cannot be matched and she truly made this season in our life possible.
