I worked with Karen in May this year(2019)My house was sold within 4 days after listing. Karen is the most knowledgeable agent I have ever worked with and I have bought and sold several houses before this one. She really “ holds your hand” through the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful however Karin has the ability to eliminate any and all stress in the selling process. Her skills are not only knowing the market extremely well, attention to every detail and working on all the social media outlets but she has compassion and a caring heart which made all the difference. Her and her fantastic team could not have done anything better. Five stars from that first moment to a call a few weeks after the sale to see if the move went smoothly. Jamie turned what would've been an otherwise incredibly stressful home purchase situation into one that was relatively easy considering the circumstances. I saw a house that I liked in the Fall while visiting Cleveland from the west coast. Months later it was still for sale so I decided to purchase it. I was doing this while still living on the other side of the country over 2,000 miles away. Even with a 3 hour time zone difference Jamie was reachable via phone, text and email and made herself available to answer my questions and address my concerns. She was incredibly helpful and got me a better deal on the house than I thought was possible. She genuinely cared and went above and beyond, making me feel like her one and only client. After closing on the house, there were some loose ends because the seller was an investment house flipper and was sloppy. Jamie continued to help me get things squared away and didn't tell me she no longer will help me because the transaction has closed (as some other realtors tend to do). I don't think the result would've been the same another realtor. As a matter of fact, I can honestly say that the experience I had with a different realtor who sold my house on the west coast before I purchased this home in Cleveland, manipulated an easy transaction into a hellish nightmare, and I was in the same town as that realtor. The difference working with Jamie was night and day. I highly recommend her and will absolutely use her services and expertise in the future when it comes time for another real estate transaction. I'm grateful to her for helping me keep my sanity while purchasing a home from over 2,000 miles away.

I almost wish she hadn't found me a new home so quickly-- that's how enjoyable working with Jamie was. As a first time buyer, the prospect of house hunting seemed a daunting task. But Jamie made the whole experience straightforward and easy. With daily updates of available properties, and appropriate and timely inquiries and suggestions, she seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. And once she found me the perfect house (which only took a few weeks), she made the logistics of the purchase simple. She has great communication skills, nonstop enthusiasm, and a thorough understanding of the industry. She considers every detail, and seems to anticipate and remedy every single snag before it even becomes an issue. All questions were answered and all concerns alleviated almost immediately. All told, the experience was a pleasure, pure and simple. I can only assume that the seller was equally as grateful to Jamie as I am. I plan to stay in my new place for awhile, but if I am ever in the market to buy or sell a house again, Jamie is without doubt the realtor I would want to help. Thanks again Jamie! When looking for our first home, Mike opened our eyes to a variety of things to consider that we would have never thought of if it hadn't been for his good question asking and experience. He never made us feel rushed if we took a long time looking, and was happy to leave any property at any time if there was something that we found that was a deal breaker. Being able to trust Mike's opinion (which we easily and wisely did) made the house hunting, biding, and closing process almost entirely fear-free. Mike connected us with several companies to complete steps such as pre-approvals and home inspections, so setting all of that up was not complicated and the companies we chose from his connections, we great to work with. Mike was able to give us a great deal of knowledge about the houses we visited, was available, and followed-up with us to stay in tuned with our thoughts and opinions throughout everything. He is a great guy and a great realtor. We love our home and are immensely thankful for his help.

Ovi Ghosh and Dave Petrella , Petrella Ghosh Home Team sold my home in one day. They came and advised us how to stage our home and we took all the advises given by them . The first day we received an offer and the home sold. During the process Ovi prepared the estimated net proceed and worked with the title company immediately to show my bottom line cash in my hand. They hired a professional photographer, helped us with choosing the colors of the annuals in the front flower bed. He also helped me with the new construction I am planning on building and communicated effectively with the builders representative. Ovi always texted, emailed and picked up the phone when I needed him for the best advise to sell and build my home. Mike was amazing! He worked around our crazy schedules to try to find the right place for us. He helped us in our attempt to compare and contrast when we were unsure. The closing process went extremely well and quick in large part because of Mike stepping in to make sure everything and everyone was in the right order. I feel like he went above and beyond for us.
