Jamie turned what would've been an otherwise incredibly stressful home purchase situation into one that was relatively easy considering the circumstances. I saw a house that I liked in the Fall while visiting Cleveland from the west coast. Months later it was still for sale so I decided to purchase it. I was doing this while still living on the other side of the country over 2,000 miles away. Even with a 3 hour time zone difference Jamie was reachable via phone, text and email and made herself available to answer my questions and address my concerns. She was incredibly helpful and got me a better deal on the house than I thought was possible. She genuinely cared and went above and beyond, making me feel like her one and only client. After closing on the house, there were some loose ends because the seller was an investment house flipper and was sloppy. Jamie continued to help me get things squared away and didn't tell me she no longer will help me because the transaction has closed (as some other realtors tend to do). I don't think the result would've been the same another realtor. As a matter of fact, I can honestly say that the experience I had with a different realtor who sold my house on the west coast before I purchased this home in Cleveland, manipulated an easy transaction into a hellish nightmare, and I was in the same town as that realtor. The difference working with Jamie was night and day. I highly recommend her and will absolutely use her services and expertise in the future when it comes time for another real estate transaction. I'm grateful to her for helping me keep my sanity while purchasing a home from over 2,000 miles away.

I almost wish she hadn't found me a new home so quickly-- that's how enjoyable working with Jamie was. As a first time buyer, the prospect of house hunting seemed a daunting task. But Jamie made the whole experience straightforward and easy. With daily updates of available properties, and appropriate and timely inquiries and suggestions, she seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. And once she found me the perfect house (which only took a few weeks), she made the logistics of the purchase simple. She has great communication skills, nonstop enthusiasm, and a thorough understanding of the industry. She considers every detail, and seems to anticipate and remedy every single snag before it even becomes an issue. All questions were answered and all concerns alleviated almost immediately. All told, the experience was a pleasure, pure and simple. I can only assume that the seller was equally as grateful to Jamie as I am. I plan to stay in my new place for awhile, but if I am ever in the market to buy or sell a house again, Jamie is without doubt the realtor I would want to help. Thanks again Jamie! (I'm still waiting for that sumac from your mom's garden....)
