Tim helped me with a property in Firestone Park that had been rented but was now vacant and needed quite a few repairs. He came up with an educated price and a plan of action to follow. We cleaned up just a bit of the property and had it listed in a day. Well what do you know...IT SOLD!!! I can not say enough good things about Tim, he is professional, was very responsive to my questions and takes time to educate himself about a property. He has all the things you want in a realtor. Tim was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying my first home. He always got me into see houses whenever I wanted to see them (and we saw at least 30 houses before finding the right one). He was also very knowledgeable about the entire process and was more than happy to explain everything to me. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy a house!

She is smart and dedicated. We put our home up in the middle of the holiday season which we knew was not the best of times. She put on several open homes and helped us with what we needed to do before putting the house up for sale. We then moved out of state before the house sold but continued to keep us up to date with all aspects of the showing and selling the property.
