▶We had no idea who Elizabeth was when she contacted us concerning an inquiry we sent about a property we happened to see online. She was the first one of many realtors who reached out to us… and we are so very glad we went with Ms. Wiggins! Throughout the whole process, which turned out to be the most incredibly difficult sale that she had seen or we had ever experienced, Elizabeth always went way beyond the call of duty to help us. She answered all our questions and was available to us both day and night. There were several times when my husband and I were incredibly frustrated and ready to give up— and then Elizabeth would call or text and shed some light on the situation. If she wouldn’t have been as helpful or knowledgeable, I doubt we would’ve purchased this property. All in all, Elizabeth is simply the best!
