Maryjo has been our saving grace through this home buying process. It was mine and my husbands first time buying a home and we had zero knowledge coming in. Searching for a home in this current market is very stressful. I found myself always competing with others when putting in offers because every seller would get over asking price. It got to a certain point where I honestly did not know how or when we would find something that we loved and could afford. My friend/real estate agent, Paul Duhon with the “Erica Diaz Team” was there every step of the way keeping us informed and encouraged. We found a house that I thought was way out of our league and Paul kept eyes on the listing and comps in the neighborhood. After seeing the house on the market for several weeks, Paul had a strategy and we used it to our advantage. We put in an offer on the house at the perfect time and was able to start a conversation which led to us reaching a final agreement on price. The wife and I have now closed and purchased the home that I thought we would never be in thanks to God and Paul’s strategy. This is the second home Paul has found for us and we will continue to use Paul in the future.
