When we first arrived in Florida 3 years ago we were disappointed with our buyer’s agent, the seller’s agent was Erica and she had the best interest of her clients whereas ours didn’t. That day, we said if we ever sell this house, we are going with Erica. 3 years later that day finally came and we asked Erica to be our agent. Erica sat down with us and went through comps and always provided guidance that was in our best interest. We asked for our house to be sold quickly and told her what we wished to get for it. Well, not only did she get that but got us well over asking and in a weekend. She took care of everything, from appraisals, working with the buyers, and all the back and forth.. each time fiercely fighting for us and guiding us through everything. She worked night and day and was always responsive. If that wasn’t enough, we were struggling with agents in the next state we are moving to and she called agents on our behalf to help find find us the right agent. To say that Erica is a great agent is an understatement, she goes above and beyond which is rare. She cares for her clients. If other agents were a 1/4 of what she is, we would still be happy. If you are still hesitating, don’t, you will not regret it.
