•Linda was the seller's agent for our recent purchase of a multi-acre lot that was being split from a larger parcel. It was our first time buying an unimproved lot to build on and we overwhelmed our agent with questions. Linda took the time to not only meet with us on the property and answer all of our questions, she gave us a tour of the larger parcel on her UTV. Her efforts made us feel welcome in the community and comfortable with the purchase. She went above and beyond to complete the deal!
Linda did a great job handling everything from touring the buyers around the subject property and educating them on the benefits and beauty of the location. She made sure the buyers and the title company had all the necessary property surveys and maps, etc. to insure a smooth closing.
