•We were out of state when purchasing our home, and that is always a scary situation becuase you are working with someone you never know. This is our second time buying a home sight unseen, and it would NOT have been possible without Chris and her expertise. Chris was brutually honest about the homes we viewed, since we were only seeing them over facetime we really appreciated the brutal honesty. We also ran into a very uncommon, rather crazy situation after the sale, once we were moved in and she helped faciliate needed communication with the sellers and getting that sitaution handled. Absolutely recommend her for your next buy or sell. She is top tier.
