Emily’s tagline, “Making Real Estate Easy!” says it all. She truly made selling my home easier than I imagined it could be. The amount of time and effort she put into the whole selling process was incredible. I was impressed with her knowledge and the amount of data she had about my neighborhood. She priced my home more than I thought it was worth, but at a price the Realtors who showed my home thought was a fair price. And I had a contract within 12 days. From Listing to Close of Escrow, Emily was with me every step of the way. Her responsiveness was incredible. She was never too busy to answer any questions I had. Emily is A+ in all areas of the Real Estate process. From Listing, to Staging a Home to make it more appealing to Buyers, to communicating with other Realtors, she is the best. You won’t go wrong using Emily Helm if you are looking to sell or buy a home.

He was quick with his responses and even provided resources for folks I needed to work with to get my property ready. Working with Beckett was a great experience. He was very professional and thorough throughout the whole process. He explained in detail each step of the selling process and gave good recommendations when decisions had to be made. He followed up and kept us updated constantly. I can not say enough great things about my realtor Christine Hartman! She helped me with my first home purchase 8 years ago and most recently with selling my first home. I had an extremely short timeline to get my house cleaned, staged, photographed and listed since I was ready to buy my next home. She helped coordinate everything and got my place listed in less than 10 days!! Christine knew the neighborhood, the market and kept me updated every step of the sales process which led to my home selling in under 4 days. After the sale, it was the small things. She coordinated a re-keying of my new property, brought doughnuts for the movers, helped with my final walkthrough and even coordinating with the title company for both home sales to have a coordinated and seamless process.
