Additionally, her response rate is quick, she helped us in negotiations and she keeps the communication spot on with her team and clients till the end of house buying process. Since we were 1st time home buyers she explained us each document and process before we sign anything so, it was very comforting to know exactly what we were signing for and the details and risks of our deal. Because Arizona is completely new state for us she did extra effort for us and got all the info from seller before our closing and suggested us good contact as we want to remodel kitchen. Michelle her partner is also very sweet 🫶🏻and helped us in house search with her honest suggestion. We would definitely recommend Kayla to be your realtor.
