Amy is the utmost professional and an expert at what she does. She took care of us and our home from start to finish. She’s very knowledgeable of the selling process, the current and historical markets, and what increases resale value. She was a great resource as we decided on upgrades, repairs, list price, and timing of listing. Our house sold in 1 day, priced at the top of the market, with multiple offers, and for more than asking (& appraises). From listing to close of escrow, it was 23 days. 23! And that was without an investor or cash buyer. She worked directly with the buyer’s realtor and loan officer to get the deal done smoothly and quickly without back and forth. She is the reason we have our townhouse. She watched and looked at our reactions at the places we picked, and she took the time to look at places we would have never of picked to see what we liked and didn’t like. She even talked to our Loan Officer about places to see it would fit within our budget before going to see them. We found this house on the same street of another house we were looking at with Mary. We weren't aware of the listing until we saw the Realtor sign. Mary went to work and got us in the very next day. We loved the house and after the inspection and some back and forth with the owners...Mary got them fix just about everything identified in the inspection...and managed to get the owners drop their price a decent amount. All the paperwork was super easy online click to sign type documents and the whole process was super clean and quick. She did great for us.

Amanda worked with me for a year to help me find the house that checked all of my most important criteria. While I was very particular and adamant about not settling for the current hot market prices, her commitment did not falter. Amanda worked diligently, night and day, utilizing all of her resources to scour for pre-MLS listings that we could go view before they even hit the market.
