From the very beginning Allison made us feel like she was more than an agent and we were more than just clients to her. That personal relationship and her professionalism is what set her apart from all the other agents we have dealt with in the past. We met with Allison about a month or two before we decided to sell the house. She came to that initial meeting knowing that our timeline was to most likely not list immediately. However, she was completely prepared with a detailed market analysis and marketing plan. She went through the house very thoroughly and interviewed us to determine any upgrades we had completed in our time in the house. In the end, we were able to do a very smooth and flexible process that resulted in our home being sold for $12k above list price.
