I came into Phoenix & wanted to find a home in Goodyear, inside Pebble Creek Community. I Googled homes for sale in that area & saw an ad for military veterans looking for homes. I clicked on it & Betsy’s name came up. The next thing I know is that Betsy was calling me to help find my home. She was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, & had a fun way about herself. I felt that she & I could find me the right home on my fast timeline! She listened to what I wanted, my price range, & my constraints with timing. In 3 days, I made offers on 2 homes & in 10 days, my husband & I closed on our new Pebble Creek home! Betsy then went to work to get the needed inspections & corrections completed…she worked wonders while we were back in Washington State, completing the sale of our home! From start to finish Betsy was there for everything we needed. We had a list of homes and she was able to talk with us and understand our needs. She never tried to get us into a home we were unsure of, instead she saw that we loved a home and even though it wasn’t the “cheapest” she put in so much work to get us the deal we wanted! We were able to get the exact house we wanted with the best possible deal. Would not hesitate to use her for any future purchases and will be sending anyone we know to her!

When I moved to Arizona from overseas and worked with the VA Betsy made everything so easy, so smooth and was so knowledgeable about everything. Three years later I’m selling the house and of course I had to call her and again just as easy as it was to buy a house she made it simple to sell it. I truly appreciate all her hard work.
