When I was first introduced to Betsy, she made me feel right at home, calmed me down of the anxiety I had being a first time home buyer. Betsy told me of the long game procedure I was about to embark into. She put my mind at rest and walked me thru each step with confidence, and if I had any questions, not only did she answer them in great detail, but gave information to next questions that I could possibly ask. Betsy was amazing and always my advocate during each part of the process. She went 200 percent above the call of duty and even got more perks for me by just asking the seller. Betsy even stood proxy for me for my final inspection and not only got me on the call with the Building Manager (who also was amazing to work with) but made sure the punch list of items (mainly paint touch-ups) was completed with pics and videos to confirm.
