Starting this review is a lot like when my wife and I began looking for a home. We had no idea where to even begin. That all changed when we met with Greg. Greg is an experienced, patient, and extremely knowledgeable human being, who shared with us not only real estate knowledge, but advice on life as well. He is a true mentor. He took his time getting to know my wife and I to learn about what we were looking for in a home. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were extremely nervous and uncertain how to proceed. Greg was there for us every step of the way. From the early morning texts to the late night conversations, Greg was responsive and patient with all of our questions and concerns. And there were plenty of questions of concerns! Never once did he make us feel like we were in over our heads or not ready for this important decision. He helped us figure out what will work best for us. Finally, that perfect opportunity popped up and we were able to execute the deal. Greg, along with his amazing network of colleagues, helped us close the deal on our first home in record time. We are extremely happy and grateful for everything. Thank you again Greg!

Dawn Froberg impressed us by giving us what we felt was better advice than the other Realtors with whom we spoke. She had good advice about pricing and current market conditions throughout the time it took to sell our home. She was always helpful and encouraging. She utilized every outlet to advertise the house, and even used new QR code technology to make property information available to drive-bys. She networked with other Realtors to promote the house.<br/><br/>Dawn promptly responded to every email and phone call we made. She had suggestions and recommendations and was very pragmatic with the mature judgement that comes from many years of experience in real estate. She helped us negotiate with buyers and respond to their demands.<br/><br/>Dawn Froberg helped us sell our house in ways that go beyond the norm. We were out of the country when a storm broke our patio door. Dawn cleaned up the broken glass and met a repairman multiple times. A week before closing Dawn was checking on the house during a frigid weather blast and discovered the furnace had gone out. She found a repairman and checked back several times to see that everything was functioning.<br/><br/>We are very satisfied. Dawn Froberg did a fantastic job. No one could have done better. In the end, we got a better price for our home than the other Realtors said we would get. We feel great about the whole experience.

we were looking for a second home and did not want to spend much. Dawn took the time and effort to help us in our search. She showed only homes that we could afford and never pressured us into spending more than we stated. She also pointed out defects in homes if they were major. She was available anytime that we called and we were always able to contact her. We did eventally find just the right house.
