Selling a house while living out of town is very stressful but Vanessa made it so much easier. Vanessa went above and beyond to help me find vendors to do jobs at the house. Since I don’t live there I wouldn’t have known where to start. She was so helpful. She even went over to the house after hours and defrosted the freezer. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do to help me. She was very prompt with communication, listened to my concerns and helped me find solutions to issues as they arose. I am very happy that I picked her to be my realtor!!

Vajcharee is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real-estate; conventional, VA, etc...she was always welcoming questions and had the answers. If she didn't, she would find out immediately and get back to me within minutes. She was very easy to work with and her professionalism along with her knowledge was exemplary.
