Her pricing helped us get an offer the day it hit the market - and we closed in 22 days. Angie answered all of my questions and helped guide us throughout the entire process, making decisions we felt comfortable with, which helped us have such a quick and painless close. She came off as very kind, knowledgeable, and direct, which was/is exactly what we needed. We enjoyed working with Angie so much that we can’t wait to continue working with her as buyers and we feel confident she’ll help us find what we want/need in our next home!

Angie took care of everything for us and was very professional in doing so. We had a quick move for work and we’re worried we wouldn’t get our house sold in time. We were wrong. We were under contract and closed within 22 days. With us being out of town for most of the process, Angie went the extra mile. What stood out most was the care. The little details, the thoughtful check-ins, the knowledge, and the timeliness made this experience feel personal and seamless. I never felt alone in the process, just supported and guided with excellence. I’m so grateful for a realtor who led with excellence and integrity. It was reassuring to know I was working with someone that truly cared and it was truly a blessing to work with Angie. From the flowers getting delivered when I said yes the address and the one that takes the cake is when I came for my final walk through and a Christmas tree was up and decorated and a gift basket full of throw pillows, cutting board, candles, ect and a sign that said home sweet home on the door.. I was in awe of the generosity and just how much she cared about making this feel like the best decision I made even though it was scary for me.

She was extremely helpful and patient through this process. We had 3 closings that didn’t work due to messy divorce. But she stayed patient and persistent and got the job done. She also helped the upkeep of the home as it sat vacant 1yr. She gave me gifts when we first met and at closing another gift bag. Angie was exceptional to work with! She visited me at the house I wanted to sell, talked through the entire process as well as walked through the home to give advice of changes or adjustments I should make to help it list the best it could. She had a phenomenal amount of market knowledge to help us get the best possible price. When it came to shopping for a new home, she created a list of my wants and needs. As I received emails of available homes, she was always prompt in scheduling showings. When I completely changed my mind on the location, she just flowed with it and blew me away with her knowledge of the new options. Her communication with me was prompt and always reassuring. She walked every step of the process right next to me and sometimes 15 steps ahead so that I was fully aware of what was coming. When things came up that were unexpected, she always knew exactly what I needed to do to get through them. She will go above and beyond to make sure every single client is taken care of, even if it means late nights or working on vacation. Selling my home and buying new this time was far less painful than past experiences (even with a number of items popping up throughout the process!) Angie is the best realtor I've had the pleasure of working with!
