I saw a house I wanted to see. My current agent wouldn't respond to setup and apt. So I tried to get an appointment using Zillow. They hooked me up with Suzanne. She was very professional and spoke knowledgeable of the area I was looking at. I ended up not seeing that house BUT was in the area going to open houses, my relator again was not available. I was very curious about a kitchen of a house that had been on the market for less than 20 hours. I called Suzanne and asked if I could see it in 20 mins. She said let me get an appointment and I'll call you back. I instantly fell in love with the entire house!!! Suzanne knew this house would go fast so she was able to put in my bid with in a couple hours as well as backed it up with a phone call to the selling agent and the next day she called and let me know I was accepted. Suzanne walked me very carefully through all the processes, helped work with some bumps with the lender, got great suggestions for inspectors. Who by the way gave me guarantees for many items. I am glad I never signed a contract with my original agent I had for over 3 months or I would never be in the house I now call my home.

Karen is a kind person and a thorough, persistent real estate agent! I looked at houses in several different counties and in various conditions for investment purposes. She happily showed every one I wanted to see no matter what the condition or where it was. When there were problems getting the HOA to provide documents on the one I wanted she persisted with calls to agencies and neighbors and researched records to get the answer and paperwork. (No easy task since even the residents were divided on the status of the HOA.) She also pursued the Title Agency when their documents were not yet ready for closing. Because of her persistence, closing went ahead as scheduled. I also appreciate that Karen let me know her opinion on property but never pressured me to choose any particular one. Buying a house has enough pressure inherent to the process so having a pleasant, competent agent is a blessing.
