Ben always let me know when there were documents to sign. He went above and beyond what a "typical" agent would do. I was a bit insecure going through the process of purchasing a home since the loss of my husband. He walked me through the documents always making sure I knew what I was signing. He also helped me with references while going through this process. Everyone he recommended was perfect. I felt very "supported" during the whole process. I've worked with Erin to both buy and sell numerous properties over the past 4 years. Without hesitancy I can say that she is an awesome realtor! Most realtors do little more than post your listing on MLS then wait to see what happens. That's not Erin. She is proactive through the entire process, from our first discussion about a property, renovations I plan to the property (if it's one I'm buying to fix and sell), and in the exit strategy (including above-and-beyond marketing of the home through her multiple social media channels, and print media)--and keeps me updated on buyers' feedback regarding the homes so that I know what more, if anything, needs to be addressed so that I can sell the house. She also gives me solid advice before I even buy a home, regarding what the all-fixed-up value is likely to be. She has also provided me with insight regarding some homes I was considering buying but that had problems I did not consider and that warranted my not purchasing those homes (even though she would have made money when I fixed and went to sell the home). In sum, Erin treats each home like it’s her own investment. She truly acts and works like a co-owner on the same side of the transaction as me. It's refreshing and reassuring since most realtors I've used in the past are only in it for the realtor fee.

She's friendly and gets to know what one wants so she can find the right house. She was patient and understanding as we underwent the process of finding our forever home. Ben is very meticulous in finding what you want down to the finest details. If he doesn't have the answer, he'll let you know he doesn't know and find the answer. He won't try and sell you on any house with the traditional real estate buzz words like "location, location, location" or "this house has massive potential!" I will never buy another house without Ben Zallaha! He's a straight shooting professional that gets the job done!
