•Lisa Flood was an absolute god send. She helped us buy our very first home! She was able to meet with us on quick notice. She had all the answers to our questions. She had all the contacts for inspections, last minute inspections at that. Contractors, pest, well, septic, and literally everyone involved in the buying process. All of which she set up for us, and met with when we couldn't be there. She communicated effectively with our bank ( which was not the easiest and they had alot of requests). Like I said she was able to find us a contractor in less then 24 hours to perform an inspection for the bank so closing could happen. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking in the area. We will definitely be using her again when we decide to size up. Thank you again Lisa! We are so excited to start our journey and glad you were the one to help us achieve it.
