Jake gets 5 stars all the way around! My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience! Unlike competing realtors that glossed over questions (even if they had been established for some years) or told us that we could get our answers during the inspection period after an offer was made, Jake answered every question and responded to us every time - and he answered honestly and quickly and sometimes even late at night. Jake was very professional, respectful, patient, and never pushy. The latter was really key for us. He did not pressure us to make a decision on any home we saw and did not hurry us through any property. The result was that we found the perfect place. Jake was also flexible and accommodated our schedules whenever he could, working on our behalf with the Seller's Realtor when we had to fly in from out of state. We cant thank him enough, really and are very excited about our new place. We highly recommend Spencer Ward he was outstanding even after we returned to VA he kept us updated on new homes that came on market in the various areas we were looking at and especially the Dunedin area, he set up FaceTime calls walked us thru 50+ houses give us his honest opinion of the house, the area, what we were close too, how far the beach was and what we would enjoy about the area he knew what we wanted and listened to us..: I loved his honesty, his recommendations and his vision of what each house we seen could be and he got disappointed when we lost out to cash bids etc.. Then when we finally found the home and went under contract he was there every step of the way from home inspections to our closing on 9/7 even now he’s sent us recommendations for contractors, painters in area for work we want done so yeah Spencer went above and beyond, it was truly a pleasure working with him and we highly recommend his services, you will not be disappointed…

Al was very helpful and a great communicator. He knew what I wanted and therefore purchased the first house he showed me! Al was not only very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, but also about the process since there were multiple offers on the house prior to my looking at it and making a successful counter offer. Much help with inspection, insurance and other activities. Overall, a very easy professional experience.
