We were so very lucky to have Ian Earls of the Homan Group as our realtor when searching for a home 300 miles from where we lived. He was always pleasant and accommodating, available anytime we called, emailed, and texted. He and his group helped to make the purchase as stress-free as possible and provided added perks we did not know existed, such as videos at milestone stages explaining what is occurring. They also provided us with a company (free of charge) that assists with connecting us to providers for water/sewer service, electrical service, cable/internet service, trash removal service, etc., so we would be ready from day one of ownership. Jake was great to work with he got what my husband and myself was looking for and found our house after looking at one other house.
