Selling my home with Katie Hobgood and her expert team was a dream!

Katie Hobgood is an insightful, honest, kind and energetic realtor. She, and her team of experts, recently assisted in selling our home and it was a blissful experience. We were so nervous about putting our home up for sale because the funds from this sale are for our retirement. In a buyer’s market, we needed to sell our large family home for its full market price. At the beginning of the summer, Katie toured our home and commented on what was good and made suggestions on what needed improvement. She also had a talented team of experts that could be utilized if we needed help working on necessary improvements. Her yard maintenance, jacuzzi removal and roofing repair connections are top notch! We followed all of her recommendations and then we went on vacation. During that time, Katie (and her team) staged our home and began showing it. We “watched from afar” as Katie kept us well informed on the progress of the sale of our home. She was infinitely patient with us as we would go in and out of cell phone reception in our travels. During our camping trip, the house was placed under contract. Here we are at the end of the summer and we just signed final papers for the sale our house.
